Responsibilities: + Handle 150 to 200 inbound and outbound calls daily. + Assess and qualify potential customers applying for our financial programs. + Employ provided scripts and training to address objections and provide comprehensive information adeptly. + Establish and accomplish goals, adhering to clear expectations and success measurements. + Thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibiting effective time management. + Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, engaging in contests, prizes, and team events. Qualifications: + Possess a minimum of 6 months of call center experience or high-volume call exposure (front desk, etc.). + Ability to commute daily to the Meridian, ID office (Remote NOT available). + Familiarity with requisite technology for lead handling and conversation documentation. + Exhibit strong communication, organizational, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. + Minimum age of 18 years, with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. As an Intake Specialist, you'll receive a base of 18.00/hr + commission for each lead converted into a new customer, with our representatives averaging $3,550 monthly (hourly + commissions excluding overtime).
