We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, high energy, and detailed orientated Duty Supervisor to join our New York Team!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a large team of employees.
- Monitor staff attendance and productivity to ensure all jobs are completed as scheduled.
- Ensure assigned flights are delivered according to client's requirements efficiently to satisfy quality standards of the company.
- Ensure punctual provision of the assigned flights.
- Hand over completed delivery notes to Dispatch.
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within food manufacturing, related to logistics activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or within the aviation industry.
- Ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ per TSA regulations and, more specifically, 49 CFR 1542.209).
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have a valid Driver's license.
- Must have flexible availability.
- Ability to supervise a diverse team and maintain an efficient and productive operation.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
