Job Summary

The Clubhouse Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents' membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities. Works very closely with the Onsite Manager.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility's interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment which includes, however is not limited, to the following:

Multi-Purpose Room:

  • Sets up and tears down tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and activities following written or verbal instruction.
  • Clean up after events as needed.


General Duties (Interior):

  • Informs residents and guests of Rules Regulations as needed.
  • Requests proof of membership to club facilities by requesting to see Association issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass.
  • Sign members in and out of clubhouse, including using a non-touch thermometer.
  • Clean interior and exterior of all accessible glass windows and doors.
  • Sweep and mop/ polish non-carpeted floors.
  • Spot clean/ vacuum carpet as needed.
  • Dust / polish wood furniture.
  • Clean glass table.
  • Keep furniture and decorations in proper order.
  • Spot clean any marks on the walls.
  • Empty wastebaskets/ trash cans as needed.
  • Remove any cob webs.
  • Replace accessible lamps/ light bulbs that have burned out.
  • Report any shortage of supplies to the Onsite Manager.
  • Report any major (or structural) problems you notice


Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred


Working Conditions

Non-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities.
