Express Employment is hiring 2-3 Welders for one of our treasured clients in the greater Forest Lake area!
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality aluminum railing and balcony solutions. They are committed to excellence and innovation and deliver superior products and services to their valued clients.

An ideal candidate is skilled and experienced in various welding techniques including TIG and MIG to achieve high-quality welds.

Pay: $20-26

Schedule: Mon - Thurs 6am-430pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks to fabricate and assemble aluminum railings.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Use various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG, to achieve high-quality welds.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder, specifically with aluminum materials.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to welding.
