Position Overview: We are hiring an energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team as a pure hunter to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and close new business within our industries
Learn the operational processes that set us apart from our competition
Generate leads and close new business through various sales strategies and relationships
Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
Maintain and build new revenue streams within current client base by cross selling
Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry
Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to the client
Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Negotiate contracts
Be a Rockstar
Qualifications:
Outside sales or project management experience
Experience in temp., temp-to-hire, & direct hire sales is a plus
Strong communication skills
Ability to perform independently
Driven and self-motivated
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
