As the Ecommerce Account Manager focused on Marketplace expansion, you will be instrumental in boosting sales and broadening our digital footprint across various platforms. We're seeking a candidate with expertise in e-commerce account management and a demonstrable history of effectively introducing new marketplaces both domestically and internationally. Your role will be pivotal in driving our online growth strategy and ensuring our success in diverse ecommerce landscapes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our account to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with representatives and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Stay informed about policies, updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new marketplaces, including researching, evaluating, and launching new channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketplace strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, marketplace trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Continuously optimize product listings, content, and images to improve search rankings and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management,.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth on eBay and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, algorithms, and seller tools.
  • Experience in onboarding and managing new marketplaces is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
