This position requires a commitment to detail, the ability to work in a confidential environment, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
Interface with judiciary, law enforcement, court staff, and the public in a confidential manner.
Follow written procedures for a wide range of court events, including trials.
Process and maintain official court documents.
Attend various court sessions and follow court procedures.
Utilize superior communication and organizational skills to assist the team.
Analyze situations to determine optimal solutions and next steps.
Perform data-entry using various computer programs.
Utilize Windows-based software programs.
Ten key by touch.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Assistant, or Public Administration is helpful.
A minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative experience is preferred, with a desire for public service
