KMG Prestige, Inc., a premier property management company, is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to assist with the daily operations at Unity Park I, II, III, IV, and V located in Pontiac, Michigan (79 Units). Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and a positive team attitude. We are looking for a candidate that exhibits reliability, integrity and honesty every day. The candidate must have previous leasing and customer service experience. Strong closing and marketing skills are preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with day-to-day operations, processing move-ins and applications, appointment setting, follow ups, tours, and closing.
