Qualifications:
- CNA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience in caregiving and personal care
- Experience in client/patient management to ensure proper care
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills including Office 365 experience.
- Previous customer service and high-volume scheduling experience is recommended.
Primary responsibilities:- Maintain client and CAREGiver relations.
- Introduce CAREGivers to clients in their homes
- Perform quality assurance visits quarterly to all clients to ensure proper care.
- Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
- Recognize opportunities to increase service hours with clients to enhance quality care.
- Act as a CAREGiver as needed to take care of clients
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Perform other functions and responsibilities within the office which are deemed necessary.
