Past Work Experience Requirements:
2 years experience in related field a plus
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Any vocational training a plus
Communication Skills Requirements:
Ability to communicate with internal and external customers
Technical Requirements:
Valid driving license (CDL a plus)
May need pesticide applicator license
Other license or certificate related to this field a plus
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 70 pounds regularly
Walking
Standing
Bending and stooping
Climbing ladders, scaffolding, stairs, etc. constantly
Ability to work in confined spaces

Work in high areas and on scaffolding

Experience in tending plasters
Skills in sharpening chain saw chains
Driving dump trucks
Mason tending
Scaffolding erecting
Willing to be trained on new jobs
Overtime as required
Experience in roofing work of all kinds.
