Overview

This position manages information security actions and processes within the Bank. Works with senior management to develop strategies that improve information security across the organization. Oversees mitigation of cyber threats, security risks, and unauthorized access. Fosters understanding of industry practices, technology, and evolving threats to enhance defenses for the Bank's information systems and resources. Provides expert consultation on information security matters to enterprise-wide initiatives or committees.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management - Manages the development, enhancement, and monitoring of Information Security teams and technologies. Develops complex solutions and process improvements that resolve escalated information security issues. Ensures compliance with all applicable requirements and service standards.
  • Security Strategy - Works with leadership to develop information security strategy, roadmaps, and technological direction. Leads change management, resource planning, and other activities with significant impact on existing security framework. Establishes a program for ongoing threat identification and security enhancement.
  • Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to team policies, procedures, and efficiencies to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development.
  • Security Resource - Acts as a consultative resource to technological programs and associates. Creates information security standards and procedures. Provides training, coaching, and mentorship to develop security awareness and protect Bank assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information security or technology OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information security or technology

The base pay for this position is generally between $108,000 and $188,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
