Echo Incorporatedis looking for a warehouse operator. In this position you are responsible for the accurate and efficient staging, storage, and shipments of FTL, LTL trailers, and containers Responsible for the proper safe and compliant shipment of hazardous materials. Maintains warehouse equipment and warehouse supply levels for packing and shipping purposes.

1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Starting at $17.50/HR.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Load, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other powered industrial truck.
  • Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
  • Inspect and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment and ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
  • Report quality variances to your supervisor.
  • Properly palletize, affixes labels, wraps, bands, marks, and weighs pallets. Prepare bills of ladings.
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards.
  • Efficiently move products from staging and/or storage areas and load FTL, LTL trailers, and containers utilizing handheld scanners computer for individual truck orders ensuring counts and product assortment are accurately verified.
  • Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist the operation and overall functioning of the department and company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One year of general warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment, experience using a Forklift, Reach truck, Order picker.
  • Computer experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and be detail orientated.
