Specific responsibilities include:Lease and pre-lease unitsAssist current residentsEnsure model apartments are ready for showHelp maintain a neat and tidy office/clubhouseThe Details: Our Leasing Consultants should have:High School diploma or equivalentCustomer Service & Sales experiencePrevious sales and customer service experience helpfulA positive attitudeBasic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft SuiteYardi Rent Cafe experience preferredSchedule: 3 days a week (16 hours) (Every other Saturday required.
