Job Details for Loan Processor:

Job Responsibilities & Description for Loan Processor: - Review and verify loan application information and documentation.
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit loan files to underwriting for approval.
- Monitor loan files and ensure timely processing and closing of loans.
- Provide regular updates to clients and loan officers on the status of loan applications.
- Address any issues or discrepancies in loan documentation promptly and effectively.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date loan files and records.
Job Requirements for Loan Processor: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan processor or in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
