RemX Recruiting Firm is pleased to represent a large, global company in its hire for 2 KEY TALENT/HR ROLES within the operation:


***Both positions can be located in Knoxville, TN or London, England or Dallas, TX.***


We are seeking TOP TIER/TOP TALENT for these global HR roles!



1) GLOBAL HEAD OF TALENT MANAGEMENT


IDEAL PROFILE:

  • BS- Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 10+ years progressive experience in GLOBAL TALENT MANAGEMENT, org development & related HR Roles
  • At least 5 years in leadership position overseeing GLOBAL TALENT MANAGEMENT initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES FOR THIS HIRE:

  • SUCCESSION PLANNING
  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
  • LEARNING & DEVELOMENT/LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
  • among others....


As this company has recently restructured, the new CHRO has created this role to help him develop talent management strategies & initiatives to attract, develop, engage & retain TOP TALENT across all regions and business units in the US and abroad.

This is a great opportunity to build and develop a strong TALENT MANAGEMENT program for this large company.


2) GLOBAL HEAD OF TOTAL REWARDS


IDEAL PROFILE:

  • BS-HR or Business Admin
  • Masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years progressive experience in TOTAL REWARDS MANAGEMENT for a large company
  • 5 years min in leadership overseeing GLOBAL TOTAL REWARDS


The CHRO is adding this position to help him manage the Total Rewards program across all regions and subsidiaries. With the recent restructure, the company has been re-building its COMPENSATION PLANS from scratch. They would like assistance in this area to ensure competitive plans are in place.


Another key area this person will take on is BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION. An upcoming retirement of a tenured employee in this space will require this person to review the current plans and ensure all programs are competitive as well. Will assume supervision of existing employees and continue to develop/expand the team as needed. Seeking TOP TALENT showing experience in this area to help the company in this strategic leadership position ensuring compensation, benefits and recognition strategies are aligned!
