LaSalle Network is partnered with a global food manufacturing company on a newly created Environmental, Health and Safety Manager opening. The team is looking for a skilled EHS professional to join the team and identify, investigate, design and implement SOPs and other protocols to ensure overall safety across multiple plants.

Environmental, Health and Safety Manager Responsibilities:
- Influence regional plants to adopt newly created safety and health protocols
- Investigate using root cause analysis any injury incidents and identify the source
- Implement newly updated safety and health global standards across regional plants
- Work cross-functionally with departments to understand necessary adaptations and ensure alignment on company objectives
- Ensure plants are working alongside ISO45001 (or ISO18001)
Environmental, Health and Safety Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in EHS, preferably in a food manufacturing setting
- Experience with ISO45001, ISO18001
- Experience overseeing multiple plant sites
- Experience designing and implementing EHS SOPs and protocols
- Ability to travel internationally
