Join our team as a Parts Clerk and play a crucial role in the efficient organization and coordination of products within our Parts Department. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply. This position involves handling parts inventory, issuing parts to internal customers, maintaining work orders, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
* Transfer parts to other locations or pick up parts from outside vendors as needed.
* Issue parts to internal customers and maintain work orders.
* Stock incoming parts and verify inventory.
* Answer the telephone and utilize a two-way radio.
* Practice all safety regulations.
* Clean work areas daily.
* Operate a forklift as required.
* All other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
What We Look For
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong organizational skills, with attention to details.
* Willing to work Saturdays as required.
* Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly, on a daily basis.
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to operate a forklift.
* Valid driver's license.
* Basic math skills.
* A clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
