What you can expect
* $100 sign on bonus for crew. Average at least 30 hours a week. Payable after 90 days.
* Crew referral program - any existing crew person get $50 if they refer someone that refers another crew person who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days.
* After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date.
* Medical insurance available after 90 days.
* Flexible hours.
* Free employee meals up to $5 per shift.
* 401K with company match after 1 year of service.
What we expect from you
* Most late night shifts need to be able to work until midnight or later, some stores are open until 2am.
