Oculus Health is currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate placement in our facility at Culpeper, VA.
- Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
- Status: Full time, Part-Time
- Available Shifts: 7A-7P, 7P-7A

Requirements to Apply:
- Updated resume
- 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
- Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank - for payroll
- 2 reference letters / references to call
- Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
- BLS/ CPR
- TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) - at least within the last 12 months
