**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function within their assigned business areas. This role demands an active and engaged HR leader who will support strategic human resource plans aligned with the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will passionately create and ensure a culture of openness and employee engagement. Additionally, they will work closely with the HR Manager to implement and develop metrics and procedures, provide support to the sites to enhance and standardize processes, and utilize analytics to assist with employee life cycle decisions.
