We are seeking to hire a **Shipper/Receiver/Inventory Control Transaction Specialist** to join our team located at our Lawrence, Massachusetts facility.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perform all tasks with a very high degree of accuracy and quality.
* Maintain inventory of products and supplies.
* Verify and maintain records of inventory transactions, including cycle counting, receiving, bin-to-bin transfers, and outgoing shipments.
* Shipping: Prepare items for shipment, including generating customs document for shipping equipment globally, assembling order contents, addressing, and arranging for the transportation of products; both physical and system transaction processing.
* Receiving: Unpack, inspect and verify incoming shipments as well as reject damaged packages, shortages and work with various departments to correct issues.
* Move material between the dock, stockrooms, and the manufacturing floor and processing all material movement transfer transactions accurately.
* Research problems and track orders.
* Provide statistical reports on inventory.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 5+ years of logistics and inventory control experience in an electronic product environment.
* Understands customs formalities, procedures and business risk associated with incorrect logistics customs paperwork.

* Able to perform tasks with a very high degree of accuracy and quality.
* Able to lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance and greater than 40 lbs. with assistance (2-person lift).
* Has an active driver's license and is able and willing to drive own automobile to carry out tasks, as needed (reimbursement for mileage).
* Experience with ERP/MRP system for inventory transaction processing including completion of work orders and use of cycle count applications. Microsoft Great Plains experience preferred.
* Knowledge of material handling procedures for electronic devices; ESD handling procedures.
* Computer literate: Windows, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Able to use hand truck and/or pallet jack to move materials to and from dock to storage.
* Able and willing to work extended hours as needed.
* Personable and enjoys interacting with employees across the organization.
* Clear and professional oral and written communication skills.
* Energetic, assertive, self-starter, and well organized.
