**BAYSIDE PURPOSE:** We exist to help people know God, find Family, live in Freedom and discover their Purpose.
**MINISTRY PURPOSE:** To maintain church property and facilities to provide a consistent environment that is clean and in good repair to accommodate the variety of ministries and programs whose vision is to positively impact our community and encourage people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

**POSITION STATUS:** Non-Exempt
**WORK SCHEDULE:** Full-Time/40 Hours
**REPORTS TO:** Facilities Director
**THIS POSITION SERVES:** Lakewood Ranch Campus
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Keeps buildings clean, attractive and well-maintained inside and out.
* Assists in setup of events as needed for other ministries, meetings, classes, etc.
* Open/close buildings as assigned.
**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Meets other tasks as assigned by Facilities Director & Assistant Director
* Works with the maintenance team to ensure the building is operational.
* Attends staff meetings, All-staff, and campus-wide events.
**PERFORMANCE MEASURES:**
- Adheres to the standards of Bayside excellence.
- Completes all assigned tasks on time.
- Ensures all buildings/grounds are kept to a high standard of excellence.
- Assist with adherence to safety compliance as necessary.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
