**Description**

As Sales Manager, to provide leadership, motivation and direction to the U.S. Sales Representatives, Sales Department, and Order Entry Departments.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

A. Education / Experience

1. BS or BA Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.

2. Minimum 10 years sales / sales management experience.

3. Experience selling equipment in the laboratory industry is preferred.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct others.

5. Background in the sciences is preferred.

B. Specific Job Knowledge

1. Knowledge of sales and personnel management.

2. Knowledge of the laboratory industry and applications for lab equipment is preferred.

**DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:**

A. Responsibilities

1. To achieve the overall sales targets for the sale of NuAire products in the U.S.

2. Provide leadership and motivation to NuAires network of U.S. sales representatives.

3. Evaluate the performance of the sales force according to company expectations and make appropriate changes as may be necessary.

4. Work with the sales force in the field, both as a role model and in a support capacity for key accounts.

5. Conduct periodic sales training of the sales force and NuAire personnel.

6. Organize a National Sales Meeting, as well as a sales incentive program, on a periodic basis.

7. Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department.

8. Host virtual webinars with U.S. sales representatives, customers and architects as needed.

9. Manage open opportunities and quotations through SalesForce CRM system and orders through LN ERP system.

10. Possess up to date knowledge of the laboratory equipment industry, with specific emphasis on NuAire competitors.

11. Evaluate potential new products and markets for NuAire products, make specific recommendations to management, and spearhead the launch of these products through the U.S. and international markets as appropriate.

12. In collaboration with NuAires Marketing Department, manage the companys overall effort at U.S. Trade Shows and ensure that sales leads are sent to the respective sales representatives.

13. Ensure effective communication between the Sales and Order Entry Departments, the U.S. Sales Force, and other departments within the company. Serve as a role model and motivator for NuAire employees in general.

14. Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

1. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

2. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.

1. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

2. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
