Our Chiropractic and Wellness Office is seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a part-time Chiropractic Receptionist Our practice offers comprehensive care to our patients, focusing on their overall well-being and health. As a Chiropractic Receptionist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities As a Chiropractic Receptionist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk Welcome and greet patients in a warm and friendly manner Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries Verify insurance coverage and process payments Maintain accurate patient records and update necessary information Assist with office administrative tasks, as needed Collaborate with the chiropractor to ensure efficient patient flow Qualifications Previous experience as a front desk receptionist in a chiropractic, wellness or physical therapy office (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in computer software and electronic health records systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information Employment Type: Part Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $18 - $20 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
