Job Summary

  • Position hours-Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, located in Innsbrook, near Hwy 64 and Broad St.
  • Responsible for providing support in patient care and in carrying out therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist in a team environment consistent with professional and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.

    Essential Job Functions
    • Transport patients within the facility to activities as needed.
    • Provide patient care support to clinician(s).
    • Report patient response to interventions and condition to clinician(s).
    • Prepare treatment area before and after each patient's treatment.
    • Clean therapeutic equipment.
    • Carry out clerical tasks.
    • Assist with maintaining The Joint Commission Standards as directed by supervisor.
    • Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and patient care items.
    Employment Qualifications
    • The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a high school graduate or equivalent.
    • Experience in working is a health care setting is desirable.
    • Experience with outpatient programs/services is desirable.
    • Basic computer skills desirable
