Our client has, since 1982, focused on providing a quality product for its clients, both through its maintenance division and its installation (construction) division. Their team meets with every client to assess their needs and then works with them to develop a customized maintenance program. If their project involves design work, one of the qualified designers works with them to determine the best use of their space and then provides a design that is both functional and innovative.

Business Development Representative

Our client is looking to add a Business Development Representative to their

expanding team.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Actively solicit new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Engage in extensive cold calling and texting to generate leads.
  • Utilize email campaigns to reach potential clients.
  • Leverage social media platforms for outreach and marketing.
  • Create and send direct mail campaigns.
  • Conduct visits to prospective clients to present our services.
  • Manage Monday CRM 1 yard line pipeline Proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and pipeline status.

Experience:

  • Demonstrate initiative and independence; manage your time effectively without the need for constant supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
