Client Care Coordinator

  • Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan
  • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
  • Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a clients care
  • Conduct client & Care Pro introductions with new clients

Requirements include:

  • Strong computer skills, including data entry
  • Healthcare experience desired (Caregiver, LPN, LNA)
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem solver in fast-paced environment
  • Must have good driving record as this position requires traveling to the clients homes.
  • Attention to detail and follow up imperative
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
Hourly non-exempt position: $20-$23 per hour
