Peak Living is currently seeking qualified Housekeepers to join our team! Under the direction of the Community Manager or Service Manager, the Housekeeper performs the overall housekeeping services of the apartment complex. This employee maintains the clubhouse and office as well as prepares vacant apartments in "sparkling clean" appearance for future residents. The Housekeeper provides the first impression to every future resident that tours the property; therefore, this job is of the utmost importance.

**Knowledge / Skills / Ability**
Must have a knowledge of building appearance and overall cleanliness . Ability to work independently and willingness to go the extra mile.
Must have good comm unication abilities.
**Education and Experience**
* One year previous housekeeping or janitorial experience.
* A professional attitude/appearance is essential; neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
* Attention to detail is the highest attribute of the housekeeper.
* Ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors.
**Responsibilities**
* Responsible for the cleanliness of all vacant units.
* Responsible for the care and timely maintenance of all equipment entrusted to his/her care.
* Maintains cleaning supplies and requests re-ordering of those supplies in a timely manner from the Community Manager or Service Manager. He/she ensures the proper use of these supplies and prevents pilferage by residents or other employees.
* Maintain proper stock amounts within budget restraints, keep all MSDS sheets in order, and chemicals properly labeled.
* When running errands for the property you must have a current driver's license
