Job Description As an Entry Level Social Media Assistant at Promotion PIA, you will be an essential part of our social media team, supporting the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media and eager to start their career in this dynamic field.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Scheduling Posts: Help schedule and publish posts across multiple social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a positive community.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to propose new ideas and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the social media manager and the marketing team to coordinate efforts and ensure consistency across all channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
