Job Details
This is a critical insurance position that requires a Property & Casualty License to support our customers by securing the best policies at competitive prices to fit their needs.
We will count on you to:
- Evaluate risk and utilize market knowledge to seek multiple quotes for non-program business or hard-to-place clients.
- Build positive relationships with numerous carriers and brokers often seeking new markets.
- Be a subject matter expert across multiple product lines.
- Have strong market knowledge with the ability to establish competitive insurance solutions for our clients.
- Provide application and policy consultation to clients.
- Work directly with the client providing quotes and issuance as provided by the carrier.
- Bind policies and handle mid-term communication and requests.
Requirements
- Current and Active Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain a license within 45 days of employment
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance
