Our premier home care agency- Fun & Fit, LLC d/b/a Home Instead, is dedicated to providing quality care to our clients. Currently, we are looking for an individual who is compassionate and caring to join our team!

Our franchise is approaching its 20th year in business, under the same dedicated and compassionate, Franchise Owner. We are looking for a self-motivated Community Liaison who is driven and has a passion for developing new relationships. The Community Liaison will promote our services within the community through education and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and encourage service/product adoption
  • Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the community by monitoring all aspects of the Home Health landscape that will impact the business, and recommending actions and contingency plans to maximize opportunities
  • Network on a person-to-person level in the healthcare community, to gain and maintain the trust of healthcare professionals
  • Educate managed care organizations, networks, hospitals, doctors, assisted living & dialysis centers, and other external healthcare professionals regarding agency's products and services
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, and other community outreach initiatives to educate on agency services and raise brand awareness
  • Assist with the development of social media, letter writing campaigns and proposals
  • Work collaboratively with office team to execute new business opportunities. Work with business partners to inform and educate the public about available services, eligibility, and costs
  • Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in home healthcare marketing, community outreach, or related field
  • Excellent customer service, attention to detail and communication skills a must; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Salesforce is a PLUS
  • Proven track record of meeting and achieving predefined KPI's
  • Ability to travel throughout Westchester County as needed
