Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Hockessin, DE
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00
Temp-To-Hire with Benefits Available Upon Conversion
Our client in Hockessin, DE is growing rapidly and they are looking for an experienced and confident Service Coordinator to join their team! This company provides customized solutions for voice, data, internet and wireless-related issues to their clients Nationwide!
This opportunity has the potential for growth and advancement within the Project Management Division for someone who demonstrates exceptional performance, a strong work ethic, and outstanding communication with the team!
This position will begin with a Part-Time schedule and will become full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend availability needed for on-call responsibilities on a schedule rotation.
General Responsibilities Include:
- Answering dispatch line, and coordinating all service request follow up
- Creating work orders (on platform)
- Data entry (on platform/task board)
- Assist with projects and administrative tasks
- Assigning and scheduling service requests
- Tracking and monitoring scheduled services
- Collecting and reviewing close out notes and deliverables from technician
- Expenses approval review on services
- Responsible for day-to-day service scheduling and service delivery activities as well as assist on assignments and projects as directed by managers.
Experience: - Dispatching/Scheduling preferred, but not necessary
- Must have professional phone etiquette
- Must be computer proficient
- Must be able to learn new software programs and adapt quickly
- Adobe Acrobat (PDF Editor) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, One drive, Office, etc.)
