Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all information. This role is crucial for supporting our operations and ensuring seamless data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into our systems
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Identify and correct errors promptly and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and file documents and records
- Assist with data validation and verification processes
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
