**Guest Services Representative - Front of House (Napa, CA)**

**Role Summary**

**The guest service team's primary role is to warmly welcome all Guests to the property. We are seeking a full-time Guest Services Representative to join our team that can manage the front desk, exceeding every guest's expectations daily, creates special and meaningful concierge itineraries and actively engages with guests prior to their arrival.**

**Core Responsibilities**

**The key responsibilities for this position are:**

* **Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly and caring attitude and professionalism.**

* **Providing exceptional guest service and is able to go above and beyond guests expectations.**

* **Effective communication and interpersonal skills**

* **Handling guest check in and check out, including correct settling of guest folios.**

* **Handle Concierge itinerary prior and during guests visit.**

* **Focus on very personalized and individual service.**

* **Punctual and reliable**

* **Must work well with others as well as work alone**

* **Effective Problem Resolution:**

* **Well groomed, professional appearance**

* **Be able to multitask and wear many hats**

**Qualifications**

* **High school or equivalent (Preferred)**

* **Hotel experience: 2 years (Preferred)**

* **Knowledge of Opera and Alice hotel systems(Preferred)**

* **Strong knowledge about the Valley and surroundings**

* **Naturally warm, friendly and caring personality**

* **Must be fluent in oral and written English, Spanish is a plus**
