- Content Champion: Architect and execute projects that drive listener engagement with creator content and amplify new product launches, generating user growth.
- Strategic Visionary: Be equal parts creative genius and data-driven strategist, using insights to inform winning marketing campaigns.
- Community Catalyst: Engage our existing creator network and identify opportunities to expand our reach.
- Project Maestro: Expertly manage projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivering impactful results.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or a similar field.
- 4-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a relevant field.
- The gift of gab: Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken, with the ability to captivate large audiences.
- Adaptability is key: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable embracing ambiguity and maintaining a positive outlook.
- A keen eye for detail: You excel at meticulous tasks and streamlined processes.

- Tech-savvy: Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, with experience in project management tools and content management systems (Airtable, Tableau, Contentful, etc.) a plus.
