Responsibilities

• Patient check in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification.
• Obtaining authorization, collecting payments and charge posting.
• Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital.
• This is a float position and will require travel between Pittsburg and Quitman, depending on departmental needs.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements:

• 2 years' recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
• Bilingual preferred
