Job Description:
* Electronic assembly operations on components or sub-assemblies
* Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity and familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, hand tools, and microscopes.
* A minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment
* Experienced in automated and/or manual die attach, automated and/or manual wire bonding
* Must be able to read and follow build instructions, including understanding of process documents, and assembly drawings
* Basic computer skills are a necessity.
* Must be able to work overtime if required, on short notice
* Must be able to set up, calibrate, and operate the auto mount machine.
