Nesco Resource is hiring immediately for a Call Center Representative to assist our client on a 6-month assignment!
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Contract Length: 6+ months
Location: Henrietta
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Job Summary:
- Provides advanced customer service and support to internal staff and external clients
- Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of company products
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
- Documents all interactions
