Qualifications:
Proven experience in health insurance sales, preferably Medicare plans.
Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, products, and enrollment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex insurance terms and coverage options in a clear and understandable manner.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid insurance sales license as required by state regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in insurance sales is a plus.
