Job Details

Provides ongoing support to all teams of Lincoln. Health; maintains buildings, equipment and grounds in good repair and/or appearance. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred plus Associates Degree or equivalent from college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training specific to building maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience. License/ Certifications: Valid Maine Drivers License Required. Maintenance Mechanics who hold the licensed designation must also hold valid licenses are certifications as listed below. Experience: See "Education" Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
