We're looking for a select few experienced, motivated and organized home improvement professionals with at least 10 years professional experience in carpentry, home improvements and/or general construction. This position is an employee position, not a 1099/freelance position. Our skilled professionals focus on small to medium sized jobs done on a time and materials basis.
You'll focus your time and energy on your current client, doing the hands-on work that you love. The office staff manages the nuisances for you: the marketing, scheduling, insurance, licensing, administrative paperwork, etc.
Specific Job Requirements
- Strong 'multi-skill' background desired. (expert carpenter with drywall, light plumbing & light electric skills too)
- Must have own tools of the trade
- Strong work ethic
- requires minimum of 10 years relevant professional trade experience
- clean background (no felonies)
- drug-free
- clean driving record and Virginia drivers license
- be legal to work in the U.S.
- professional appearance and personality
- live in the Richmond metro area to be allowed to take our company van home
