Rate of pay: $15.00 - $16.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for custodial dutieson the camp site and areas as assigned including the campgrounds.
  • Perform cleaning tasks outside assigned areas to include grounds maintenance, trash removal, window washing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Move furniture and equipment as required to properly clean areas.
  • Assist with preparing and cleaning rooms for meetings and events. Assist with set-up and break-down of seating and equipment.
  • Refill supplies, including, but not limited to: toilet tissue, towels, soaps, etc.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in custodial duties required.
  • Must be able to work independently and exercise appropriate judgment.
  • Must be available to work a varied schedule. This may require working early morning, over-night and/or weekend hours.
  • Must be cooperative and compatible in working and dealing with YMCA members, staff and vendors.
  • Must be able to articulate and lead by example the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
