Responsibilities

Managing inbound calls efficiently
Maintaining clear and proactive communication with property owners
Addressing guest concerns and resolving complaints promptly
Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
Liaising with vendors and scheduling services
Organizing property cleanings and inspections
Handling documentation and paperwork diligently
Cultivating relationships with new clients
Managing property schedules effectively
Addressing reservation inquiries with expertise
Participating in on-call duties after business hours on a rotational basis with fellow managers
Plus other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management would be a plus
Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including social media and internet platforms
Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing property management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively
Basic knowledge of The Villages and its amenities
Physical capabilities to bend repeatedly and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
