New Full Time Prep Cook position!

We run a fine dining restaurant called the Magnolia room and are looking to add to our full time staff. Hours are steady and offer two days off and benefits after your first full month in the role.
Schedule:
Monday 11-7:30
Tuesday 11-7:30
Wednesday 8-4:30
Thursday Off
Friday Off
Saturday 11-7:30
Sunday 8-4:30

Essential duties include:
1. Assists cooks with pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees.
2. Assists cooks in the preparation and service of various foods in assigned work situations including pantry items, soups, sauces, poultry and fish items.
3. Assists cooks in the preparation of basic dessert items as well as breakfast items for residents.
4. Completes baking assignments for breads, cakes and any other bakery items.

Previous kitchen (BOH) experience required
