**Description**
Eventide Fargo Care Center is currently seeking a **full time** Culinary Dishwasher / Stocker to work **Monday - Friday** from **7a - 3:30p**. Includes holiday rotation.
The Culinary Dishwasher / Stocker will serve as the primary dishwasher and stocker, will provide meal service to residents/tenants under sanitary conditions and in a respectful, timely manner by communicating, coordinating, and cooperating with others to carry out the operations of the Nutrition and Culinary Services department.
**Essential Job Duties**
* Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
* Follows portion control size standards.
* Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals as well as other assigned cleaning duties.
* Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
* Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director (Coordinator) and/or Culinary Cook.
* Monitors daily menu items in order to verify that all necessary items are prepared and labeled.
* Stores leftovers appropriately according to food handling standards.
* Organizes and plans work schedule to meet times for serving.
* Operates dish machine according to directions. Pre-soaks and sorts dishes and utensils.
* Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items in the proper areas.
