Job Summary: A warehouse in Monroe, NC is seeking packers, loaders, and inspectors.
Job Duties:
- Work in the packing area of
- the warehouse department and is responsible for the operation of the packing, shrink wrapping, conveying, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and pallet handling equipment
- May maintain the assigned area in a clean, sanitary condition at all times
- Load trucks and supply empty bags, and rolls of wrapping material to the packaging equipment and personnel
- Direct the pre-loading, loading, inspection, and scaling of bulk trucks and all that it entails
- Inspect all packaged products for product quality and consistency; inspect all packages for proper code printing and package integrity.
- Routinely observe and report to supervisor information he/she needs to ensure the preservation of the physical facility, including all utilities, pumps, compressors, boilers, roofs, etc
- Other duties may be assigned
