Manage a portfolio of products with constant innovation, ensuring timely and accurate setup of new items in our customer databases. Connect with Sales Teams, customers and vendors as needed to capture product data and align on the best method and timing to set up items. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to a team of Item Set Up Analysts. Serve as a team lead to guarantee alignment and precision with the established framework. Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices for product information management. This includes conducting regular audits, identifying areas of improvement, and overseeing data enrichment and data cleansing initiatives. Collaborate with Digital Merchandisers and Sales to oversee data enrichment processes to enhance product listings and improve customer experience.
