In this role, you will be responsible for stocking parts in the proper warehouses, cycle counting and purchasing stock and ensuring stock levels are accurate. You will also assist shipping as directed by Inventory Manager and/or the Material Distribution Specialist with material requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Maintains master part number file and all applicable cross references.
  2. Delivers parts and materials ordered from various suppliers to technicians at aircraft site as soon as they have been properly inspected by shipping and receiving. All Material have certification paperwork, quantities and work order information and is properly filed.
  3. Assists technicians at the counter with parts and materials needed from the warehouses, involving Material Distribution Specialist when needed.
  4. Provides assistance to Material Distribution Specialist, warehousing, posting and delivery as directed
  5. The identifying, pulling and staging of, Inventory Obsolescence Materials as directed by Inventory Manager.
  6. Always maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse.
  7. Insures all stocking items have proper UID labeling and are stocked in the proper locations,
  8. Cycle counting and purchasing stock (min max) as directed by Inventory Manager.
  9. Assists the Materials Distribution team to ensure proper items are assigned to open work orders and sales orders.

Physical:
  • Regularly required to:
    • Sit, walk and stand

    • Lift objects up to 70 lbs.

    • Climb or balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, grasp or pull
    • Lift up to 100 lbs.

    • Outside weather conditions
    • Loud noises

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years general aviation parts, completions, avionics parts, and/or supplies with proven experience
