Golden Gate Petroleum is now accepting applications for the full time position of Terminal Operator in its Western Colorado Facility. The primary responsibility for this position is to create marketable fuels. This job involves shift work.
The Terminal Operator must safely transfer hazardous products to and from truck transport vehicles and railroad tank cars as well as from one tank to another.
The Terminal Operator must be able to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company safety plans and rules. Attention to detail is important in order to maintain quality control. The successful applicant will perform certain laboratory duties to ensure quality control and on-spec product. Some computer work is required.
Circumstances may require the Terminal Operator to work during off-duty hours to accommodate late product arrival. The successful applicant must be able to work independently and be able to work all shifts. Computer knowledge is helpful.
