Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead benefit and compensation team
  • Develop benefit and compensation strategies to ensure alignment with organization's goals and industry trends
  • Perform periodic reviews of compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Oversee administration of exempt and nonexempt programs and recommend changes as needed
  • Manage analysis of job descriptions, wages, and salary surveys and design of comp packages and benefits projects
  • Provide guidance to leaders on compensation, benefits, and LOA
  • Analyze benchmarking of benefits and compensation packages for market competitiveness
  • Spearhead education strategy to enhance employee understanding of benefits programs and how to utilize
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation, and legal compliance (ERISA, COBRA, ADA, HIPAA, FMLA, DOL, IRS) and maintain plan documents, summary descriptions, and master system of records
  • Stay updated on new trends, developments, laws, and regulations related to compensation and benefit administration
  • Collaborate with team to implement employee recognition programs
  • Manage relocation process for new employees
  • Manage workplace wellness programs


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related area of study
  • CCP certification preferred
  • 8+ years experience in compensation and benefits
  • 6+ years experience in leadership (seeking experience managing managers)
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including advanced Excel skills
